Soft taupe fitted wardrobes and a lit dressing room in Lilliput

Closed, these wardrobes in Lilliput sit flat and quiet against the wall. Open, every rail, shelf and drawer is lit. We fitted the bedroom wall to wall, and the dressing room beyond it.

What we made

Each run was measured against the walls as they really are, then made in our Poole workshop. The doors are painted a soft taupe, with slim brass J-pull handles along the top edge, so the fronts stay clean and unbroken. Lit open bays lined in oak break up the runs, giving a place for the things you want on show.

The dressing room is lined on both sides and leads through to the en-suite at the far end. Behind its doors are hanging rails, shoe shelves and drawers faced in oak, so everything has a place of its own.

Everything is lit from inside, so nothing gets lost at the back of a dark cupboard, and getting dressed takes a glance rather than a search.
