Anthony Corbett ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
"It is such a pleasure to now enjoy a room transformed by Matthew"
It is hard to be succinct and summarise a project that took more than a year to put in place, but it is such a pleasure to now enjoy a room transformed by Matthew and his colleagues at Thomas Matthew. Having bounced around a lot of ideas, the company was able to convert the final design into something better than I hoped for. And it was a fiddly job with a lot of detail, made even more demanding by being on the 2nd floor. I can’t praise the team that did the install too highly. They kept all the dust and disruption to a minimum whilst being courteous and considerate. I am looking forward to employing their services again. My only concern is for my photographs, which don’t do the work justice.

"Absolutely thrilled with their quality workmanship and service and wouldn't hesitate recommending them"
Had an idea for a kitchen peninsula … they put it into beautiful reality! Absolutely thrilled with their quality workmanship and service and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them.
So thrilled we’ve used them again in our new home! They have made us a magnificent fitted kitchen – design, accessories, colours and materials – we asked and it was done! They also made us some lovely bedroom furniture and enhanced a bathroom vanity. Everything done proficiently and tidily and cheerful and friendly to boot!

"My professional life became a whole lot easier the day I employed Thomas Matthew"
I have now completed 7 projects with Thomas Matthew. As a busy interior designer I need to work with trades I can trust, who are thoughtful and courteous to my clients, deliver on time, within budget and exceed expectations. All of this and more can be said of this company. Matthew never fails to understand that the work they are doing for me is generally only part of a much bigger project and any slippage in timing affects other trades and the schedule in general, this is a rare quality. He and the guys he employs all did their apprenticeships together, they have therefore worked as a team for years, are a known quantity and perform as a finely oiled machine. My professional life became a whole lot easier the day I employed Matthew. We already have more projects in the pipeline and I could not feel more confident that they will continue to deliver the fabulous work myself and my clients demand.

"Matt and his team are the only people we have used that we can hand on heart say we could recommend to anyone without the slightest concern or hesitation"
After the most awful experience with a very well known company looking for bespoke furniture, we decided we would look local… we could not be happier that we did!! Thomas Matthew are absolutely incredible! They are extremely professional, all their team are friendly and so helpful, they go above and beyond and it is truly a craft the work they produce! Matt has worked with us on so many different projects, always listening to what it is we are trying to achieve and delivers, above and beyond every..single..time!
The quality is always fantastic, we have been through a 2 year refurb and Matt and his team are the only people we have used that we can hand on heart say we could recommend to anyone without the slightest concern or hesitation and that anyone would be over the moon with what they will receive!!
