A cream in-frame kitchen in Lilliput, with a range under a deep mantel

A bright in-frame kitchen in Lilliput, with a range cooker under a deep mantel and an island with shelves for cookbooks. We designed it, made it in our own workshop and fitted it with our own team.

What we made

The range sits under a deep moulded mantel with the extractor set into it. Wall cupboards either side mix closed doors with open shelves, so there is room to show a few things off.

The island has a cupboard at each end and open shelves in the middle, so the cookbooks sit where the cooking happens. Across the room, tall cupboards under a cornice hold a larder on one side and the fridge on the other.

At the sink, the drainer is grooved straight into the white quartz worktop. An oak shelf runs along the window. Cup handles on the drawers and round knobs on the doors keep it all simple.
